Announcing the 2024 People's Choice Winner!
Congratulations to Darcy Marconi Donohoe for "Budgie's Bath Time"
AND Gracie Gersbach for "Bon Appetit!"
Central Highlands Regional Council is once again hosting the CHRC Youth Art Awards on 21 June 2024 at the Emerald Art Gallery.
Young artists aged 5 to 25 from across the Central Highlands were invited to submit artworks from 5 age categories: 5-8 years, 9-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-18 years; and 19-25 years. Their artworks could be any subject in any medium.
First and Second prizes are awarded for each age category along with a People's Choice Award with over $1500 in prize money on offer.
The exhibition will be open to visitors from Monday 24 June until 23 July 2024. Gallery hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
People's Choice Award
Voting for the People's Choice Award opens on Friday 21 June 2024 from 6.00pm and closes on Sunday 7 July at midnight. The award recipient will be awarded $200 in prize money. The winner will be announced via the CHGalleries Facebook page on Tuesday 9 July 2024 at 5.00pm.

2. Vote for your favourite entry on the form below - you will be prompted to enter a screen name and email address. Note: You may only vote once.
The recipient of the People's Choice Award will be announced on Tuesday 9 July 2024 on the Central Highlands Regional Council's Facebook Page(External link).
