From 22 April to early May 2025, Central Highlands Regional Council is undertaking its biennial Community Satisfaction Survey to measure residents' satisfaction with local government services and facilities.
The survey will be conducted via phone by Brisbane-based independent market research consultant Taverner. Phone calls will continue until 400 responses are received. Participants are randomly selected, with a demographic spread across age, gender and location to ensure results are representative of the region.
Residents who do not receive a phone call can still participate via council’s engagement platform Have Your Say, Central Highlands.
The survey findings will help council continue to provide high quality services, infrastructure and facilities across the region.
The report of the survey findings and key highlights will be published on council’s website in August 2025.
