In 2013 the Capella 2022 Community Reference Group was formed when a group of passionate individuals rose to the challenge of representing their community. The Capella CRG was the first of the 13 Central Highlands' CRGs to form.

Today, members work with community, government, business and industry to partner in advancing initiatives and planning for the future of their community.
