Blackwater Collector Streets Rehabilitation Program

Council invites Blackwater residents to provide feedback on proposed changes to seven of Blackwater's main collector streets. These streets have been identified as needing reconstruction due to their age and deteriorating condition:

  • Bauman Way
  • Yeates Avenue
  • Blain Street
  • Walsh Avenue
  • Bond Avenue
  • Officer Avenue
  • Arthur Street
