Summary
In October and November 2019, council requested feedback from the community on potential improvements to the Centenary Park playground equipment in Emerald.
To get involved, participants could view the concept designs below and provide feedback in the forum, or come along to an onsite consultation.
The upgrade was completed in June 2020, when a new playground and softfall was installed. The playground is designed for young children with loads of fun and creative activities to engage in. There is a small climbing fort, swings and a rocker. The large shade shelter provides plenty of shade and keeps the equipment cool so that it can be used all year round.
Thank you to everyone who participated!
