Consultation has concluded
From March to April 2021, Central Highlands Regional Council undertook its biennial Community Satisfaction Survey to measure residents' satisfaction with local government services and facilities.
The survey findings will help council deliver on our commitment to provide high quality services, infrastructure and facilities across the region. We will also share the key findings with relevant bodies such as state government, and use them to advocate for community needs.
The survey was conducted via phone by Brisbane-based independent market research consultant Enhance Research. Participants were randomly selected, but had a demographic spread across age, gender and location to ensure results are representative of the region.
The report of the survey findings and key highlights can be accessed on the right-hand side of the page.
