Requests and complaints
Council has a customer request (CRM) process for addressing specific requests and complaints. We encourage everyone to report any problems or issues they see around the region so we can take steps to address it. To request council assistance with things like potholes and leaking water pipes, please use one of the methods outlined on our website.
