This stage of consultation has concluded.

In April 2019, council undertook consultation activities to engage the community and seek feedback on the proposed new Blackwater Library facility.

This project has been combined with the Old Blackwater Pool Precinct Redevelopment project.

All feedback received was considered in the draft masterplan presented to council in November 2019. The Blackwater Old Pool Precinct Masterplan was endorsed at the General Council Meeting on 22 July 2020.
