The Central Highlands has 13 place-based community reference groups (CRGs), all helping to shape the future of our region. They were established to support the aspirations in the CH 2022 Community Plan.

CRGs are located in our 13 communities across the region. Members work together with stakeholders to advance community-led initiatives to improve their community now and into the future.

The CRGs meet regularly and are made up of community members representing a range of community sectors including youth, seniors, business, rural, sports, recreation, arts, cultural, education, health and community services.
