Update 23/8/2023
Survey results were presented to council and are now available in the Survey Results section on this page and on the council website.
Every two years, Central Highlands Regional Council surveys residents from throughout the region to gauge their satisfaction with council’s services and facilities.
Between 7 and 17 March 2023, this survey was undertaken by Brisbane-based independent market research consultants Enhance research.
Participants were be randomly selected, with a demographic spread across age, gender and location to ensure results are representative of the region.
The survey findings will help council deliver on our commitment to provide high quality services, infrastructure and facilities across the region. We will also share the key findings with relevant bodies such as state government, and use them to advocate for community needs.
How we received your feedback
Randomly selected residents received a phone call and if available, completed the survey with Enhance Research over the phone. If not available at that time, a call back could be arranged or the online version of the survey could be completed.
For those who didn't receive a phone call, the online version of the survey was available as well as paper copies available for council customer service and library locations.
