Draft Revised Customer Service Charter

Council is seeking feedback on their draft revised Customer Service Charter. The Charter sets out the service standards that you can expect from council.

The proposed revision reflects the upcoming expansion of council's services to include online services. Online services will provide residents with convenient access 24 hours a day to conduct their business. These services will go live in June - July 2020.

Council reviews their Customer Service Charter every two years.
