Consultation has concluded
In May - June 2020, council requested feedback on a draft revised Customer Service Charter. The Charter sets out the service standards that you can expect from council, and is reviewed every two years.
The proposed revision reflected the expansion of council's services to include online services, designed to provide residents with convenient access 24 hours a day to conduct their business.
The community were invited to download the draft Charter, and provide feedback using the online form.
