Draft Customer Service Standards - Water Supply and Sewerage Services

In December 2019, Council reviewed their customer service standards for water supply and sewerage services. Recognising that these services are an everyday part of our customers' lives and underpin the wellbeing of our community, residents were invited to give feedback on the proposed standards, which align with council's Customer Service Charter.

The updated customer service standards were presented to council on 11 February 2020. The standards were endorsed and can be located on the council website here or in the document library below.
