55 Elaina Hayes - Holy Bible- Genesis, Adam & Eve - My altered book piece is called “The Holy Bible; Genesis and Adam and Eve” and was created in 2021. The piece was created using an old dictionary and various other materials (like acrylic paint, water colour, poscar pens, chalk pastels, and other paper). I was obviously inspired by the famous bible stories of Genesis and Adam and Eve. I wanted to retell these famous classics in the form of pictures and symbols rather than words and to also explore more of the opposing side’s story.
